15-minute mini shoot in the festive surroundings of the tree farm

Payment & Booking Info
A full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This includes a £20 non-refundable retainer, which covers the cost of securing exclusive access to the Christmas tree farm.

The £20 retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to reserve your private slot at the farm.

The remaining balance is refundable up to two weeks before your session date.

Payment plans may be available at the discretion of the photographer — please get in touch if you’d like to discuss this.
Your session is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Arrivals & Timing
Please note that clients are responsible for arriving on time for their session. These mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time to park, explore the farm, and let little ones settle in and burn off that initial excitement. It’s a great chance to get familiar with the surroundings — just please avoid the designated photoshoot area until your session begins.
What to Bring & How to Prepare

Please wear appropriate footwear — the ground may be uneven, soft, or muddy depending on the weather.

Dress for the season — warm layers, coats, and accessories that keep you cosy (and photograph beautifully) are always a good idea.

The weather is all part of the adventure, and we’ll make it work whatever the skies bring!
Location Details
Location details will be shared after your booking is confirmed. The tree farm is local, easy to access, and will be yours privately during your session — more details will arrive in your booking confirmation email.
