Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Little & Wild Photography By booking a session, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until this is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made via the website by card or by cash if arranged in advance. Cancellations You may cancel up to 14 days before your session and receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the 25% booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days may require full payment. If the Photographer cannot attend, all monies paid will be refunded. Liability is limited to the amount paid. Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule and is subject to availability. Failure to give sufficient notice may result in loss of the booking fee. Mini Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Client Responsibilities Clients must arrive on time and ready to begin. Session time cannot be extended due to late arrival. The Client agrees to cooperate fully. The Photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lateness, lack of cooperation, weather, or location restrictions. Additional Costs The Client agrees to reimburse agreed additional costs such as travel beyond the included distance, parking, entrance fees, accommodation or meals where applicable. Delivery Proofs and final images will be delivered via the agreed online gallery platform within the timeframe discussed at booking. Copyright & Usage Copyright remains with the Photographer. Clients receive unlimited, non-exclusive personal use rights for purchased images. Images must not be edited or altered and are not for commercial use without written permission. Credit to Little & Wild Photography is appreciated when sharing. Liability In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or failure beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to the total amount paid. By completing your booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
