Capturing Confidence. Celebrating Creativity.
Preserving the Spotlight Moments.

From expressive stage moments to individual portraits in costume, these galleries are designed to celebrate not just the production itself, but the dedication, growth, and joy behind it.

Photography is offered through a simple, family-friendly system, where parents can book in advance and receive a secure online gallery of professionally edited images to download and enjoy.

Thoughtfully Priced for Families

I keep my youth photography pricing intentionally accessible, understanding that budgets can be tight, while still wanting to capture these special moments beautifully.

How It Works

To make these sessions sustainable while keeping costs accessible for families, a refundable session fee model is in place.

Step 1 – Secure Your Date

The theatre company or group pays a £150 session fee per production to secure photography coverage.

(For multiple casts or performances, each show requires a separate session fee.)

Once payment is received, your date is confirmed in the diary.

Step 2 – Family Bookings

Families book and pay for their child’s photography in advance via a private booking link provided to the group.

  • £25 per child (includes all edited digital images)

  • 75% sibling discount (when booked together)

Step 3 – Refund Structure

The session fee is partially or fully refunded based on participation:

  • 8+ children booked: 50% refund

  • 12+ children booked: 100% refund

This model allows me to fully commit my time while encouraging strong engagement from families.

What the Group Receives

The theatre company or group will receive a small curated selection of 5–10 professionally edited images for:

  • Social media

  • Website use

  • Marketing and promotional materials

These are carefully selected to represent the production but do not include the full gallery.

Booking System & Safeguarding

Each production group will receive a dedicated booking link to their own page on the Little & Wild Photography website. A bespoke form will be created specifically for your organisation, designed to collect all necessary booking details and photography consents from families.

This ensures a smooth, secure, and organised process for both the group and parents.

For safeguarding purposes:

  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to complete the booking form in advance, which includes all relevant consent and permissions for photography

  • Where a form has not been completed, consent will be implied through the engagement of Little & Wild Photography by the theatre company

It is therefore the responsibility of the theatre company or organisation to clearly communicate, in writing with a clear photo, and ahead of the production day, the details of any children who:

  • Must not be photographed

  • Have restricted image usage

  • Require specific safeguarding considerations

This information must be provided in advance to ensure all safeguarding requirements are fully respected and adhered to.

Safeguarding Commitment

The safety, dignity, and privacy of every child is always the highest priority.

  • All images are captured and used in a respectful and appropriate manner

  • No child will be identified by full name alongside their image

  • Images are delivered via secure, password-protected galleries

  • Access to images is restricted to authorised families only

  • Images will never be shared publicly without appropriate permissions

Little & Wild Photography follows best practice in safeguarding and data protection to ensure a safe and professional environment for every production.

The Photographer will act on all safeguarding information provided but cannot be held responsible for omissions or inaccuracies not communicated in advance.
