By completing a booking, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These are also specified in your booking policy.

Reward Scheme
Terms & Conditions

Both the referrer and the referred client will receive a £25 credit once the referred booking has been completed at full price.

Credits can be used towards a full photoshoot session or product order.

Product orders must exceed £25; credit cannot be used to cover postage and packaging.

A maximum of three refer-a-friend credits (£75 total) can be applied to a single full photoshoot booking.
-
Credits are not valid for mini sessions.
-
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
-
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, giving you plenty of time to plan your next session.

The referrer must be an existing paying client of Little & Wild Photography to be eligible for the £25 refer-a-friend credit.

The referred client must be a new customer to Little & Wild Photography.

Bump to Baby Collection

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the Bump to Baby Collection

The newborn session must take place within the first 4 weeks after birth (or at a mutually agreed time)

Sessions must be booked and completed within 6 months of purchase

This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion - refer a friend is limited to one credit only.

Mini sessions are not included in this package

Model Call
Model calls are offered free of charge for participation in specific creative projects or to sample new session concepts. By booking a model call with Little & Wild Photography, you agree to the following:

Model calls are not suitable for those who prefer to keep images private
Creative Direction

Model call sessions are fully styled and directed by Little & Wild Photography

Location, styling, and overall concept are pre-determined

Participants are selected based on suitability for the brief
Styling & Wardrobe

Wardrobe is the responsibility of the model unless otherwise specified

You agree to wear an outfit that meets the agreed brief and styling guidelines

This is an important part of the creative vision for the session
What You Receive

You will receive 3 professionally edited digital images of your choice

Additional images may be available to purchase if desired
Attendance
-
By booking, you agree to arrive on time and ready for your session

Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time
Usage & Copyright

Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited without permission

Personal sharing is welcomed, with credit to Little & Wild Photography where possible

Prize Details

The prize includes a complimentary photoshoot session and a specified number of digital images, as outlined on your voucher

Any additional images or products are not included but may be purchased separately

Details such as included images, timeframe, theme, and/or location are set by the voucher and are non-negotiable
Booking & Validity

Your session must be booked and used within the timeframe stated on your voucher

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

The winning recipient must be confirmed by the hosting event/organisation

Your voucher must be presented at the time of booking
The Session

Sessions are styled in line with the Little & Wild Photography aesthetic

The agreed theme and/or location will be followed as outlined in the prize

Sessions are for immediate family only unless agreed in advance
Image Viewing & Purchase

You will receive a private online gallery to view your images

Your included images will be available to download as specified

Additional images and collections will be available to purchase
Many families find it difficult to choose just a few images, so there is always the option to upgrade your gallery and keep more of these special moments if you wish.
Attendance & Cancellations

Please arrive on time for your session

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule - this may not be possible within your timeframe.

Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prize
Image Use, Model Release & Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Little & Wild Photography

As this session has been gifted as part of a promotional or charity prize, a model release is required
-
By redeeming your voucher, you agree to allow Little & Wild Photography to use selected images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes

If you would prefer to keep your images private, this session may not be suitable

All Paid Photoshoots
When you book a session with Little & Wild Photography, you’re agreeing to the following terms. These are here to keep everything clear, fair and straightforward for us both.
Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required to secure your session date. Your booking is confirmed once this fee has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session, unless otherwise agreed.
Full session details — including timings, location and the number of images included — are confirmed at the time of booking. As each photoshoot is thoughtfully tailored, inclusions vary depending on the session type (please see the relevant pages of the website for details).
Payment can be made securely via the website by card, or by cash if arranged in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel 14 days or more before your session, any payments made (excluding the 25% booking fee) will be refunded. The booking fee is non-refundable, as it secures your date in the diary.
Cancellations within 14 days of the session may result in the full balance becoming payable.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. Insufficient notice may result in loss of the booking fee. Please note that Mini Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled due to the nature of these limited events.
If a client does not attend their session, payments made are non-refundable.
If I am unable to attend due to illness or circumstances beyond my control, all monies paid will be fully refunded. Liability is limited to the total amount paid.
During Your Session
Please arrive on time and ready to begin, as session time cannot be extended due to late arrival. I kindly ask for your cooperation during the session to help create the very best images. I cannot be held responsible for missed photographs due to lateness, lack of cooperation, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or factors outside of my control.
Additional Costs
Any agreed additional costs — such as extended travel, parking, entrance fees, accommodation or meals (where applicable) — will be discussed in advance and reimbursed by the Client.
Image Delivery
Proofs and final edited images will be delivered via the agreed online gallery platform within the timeframe discussed at booking.
Only fully edited JPEG images are provided. RAW (unedited) files remain the property of the Photographer and are not shared.
All editing and artistic direction reflect the Little & Wild Photography style. By booking, you confirm you are familiar with and appreciate this style.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyright of Little & Wild Photography.
You are granted unlimited, non-exclusive personal use of your purchased images. Images must not be altered, filtered or edited in any way and are not permitted for commercial use without written permission. Credit is always appreciated when sharing online.
Model Release
Unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to your session, you grant permission for images from your session to be used for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes. A model release acknowledgement is also included within the booking form.
Liability
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, loss or file corruption, liability is limited to the total amount paid.
I am not responsible for indirect loss, damage or injury arising from the session, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Force Majeure
I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, government restrictions, venue issues or equipment failure despite reasonable care.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Wedding Photography
Little & Wild Photography – Penny Nixon
These terms and conditions explain your rights and responsibilities as our client (“You”) and ours (“We”). The “Contract” refers to the agreement signed by both parties and incorporates these terms. “Wedding” refers to a civil partnership or any analogous ceremony.
By signing the Contract and paying the deposit, you agree to the following:
Terms & Conditions
Services
We will provide professional wedding photography services as outlined in your Contract. Any variations must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
Written Promises & Requests
Any representation, promise, or special request important to you must be noted in the Contract. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee them.
Booking Fee & Payments
A £350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This will be deducted from the total Package Fee. The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks prior to your wedding date.
Failure to pay the balance by this time may result in suspension of services or cancellation of the Contract.
Additional Costs
The Package Fee includes travel to and from agreed locations and coverage as outlined in the Contract. Extra hours or services requested on the day may incur additional charges as per our current price list. Additional products (albums, prints, retouching) are also payable before delivery.
VAT
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Exclusivity & Amateur Photography
We are appointed as your exclusive professional photographer. Guest photography is welcome but must not interfere with our services.
Photographer Assignment
Unless agreed otherwise, the photographer for your wedding will be Penny Nixon. In the rare event she is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a suitable replacement or cancel the Contract, with liability limited to a refund of fees paid.
Artistic Licence
You grant us artistic licence over composition, style, lighting, timing, and image selection. We will discuss general preferences with you, but factors like weather, lighting, location, or time constraints may require flexibility.
On the Day

Photographs will be taken against available backgrounds; we cannot move objects or perform cosmetic duties on location.

Cooperation from you and your guests is essential for smooth photography. You are responsible for punctuality and ensuring guests follow directions.

You are responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused to our equipment or photographer by guests.
Colour, Prints & Orders

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, printing or digital limitations.

Orders for prints and products must be made within 12 months of the wedding date. After this period, prices and availability may change.
Copyright & Use
-
Copyright remains with Little & Wild Photography.

You have unlimited personal, non-commercial use of images.
-
Images may not be sold, distributed commercially, or altered without written permission.
-
We may use images for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out in writing.
Model Release
By booking, you grant permission for selected images to be used for marketing, unless otherwise requested.
Cancellation & Postponement

You may cancel within 14 days of signing, after which the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before the wedding may require full payment.

If the wedding is postponed, we may, at our discretion, carry over all monies paid to the new date, subject to availability.
Force Majeure & Liability
We cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, injury, extreme weather, or venue restrictions.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid under this Contract. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Skill & Professional Care
We will exercise the skill, care, and judgement expected of a professional photographer. For extra protection, you may wish to obtain wedding insurance.
GDPR & Data
We comply with UK GDPR. Personal data provided will be used only for your booking, delivery of services, and occasional updates unless consent is withdrawn.
Agreement
By paying the deposit and signing the Contract, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
Photography coverage will be provided on-site, capturing performers through a combination of individual portraits and performance-style imagery. Images will be made available to families via a secure online gallery.
2. Booking Process

A private booking link will be provided for families to reserve and pay in advance

The Client (theatre company/group) is responsible for sharing this link with all relevant families

The Photographer is not responsible for low booking numbers due to lack of promotion or communication
3. Session Fee (Refundable Model)

A £150 session fee per production is required to secure the date
-
Each additional cast or performance requires a separate session fee
Refund Structure:
-
8+ bookings: 50% refund
-
12+ bookings: 100% refund
-
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the session
-
Only bookings made in advance of the session are eligible; retrospective purchases are not included
4. Minimum Requirements
The Photographer will attend the session if:

A minimum of 8 confirmed bookings is reached, OR
-
The session fee has been paid in full
If neither condition is met, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the session.
5. Family Pricing

£21 per child (includes all edited digital images)
-
75% sibling discount applies when booked together

All payments are made directly by families via the booking system
6. Image Delivery
-
Galleries are delivered within 4 term-time weeks
-
Images are provided via a secure, password-protected online gallery
-
The Photographer retains full control over editing style and image selection
7. Images for the Client
The Client will receive:

5–10 edited promotional images
These images:

May be used for website, social media, and marketing

Must not be altered or heavily edited
-
Must not be distributed to families in place of purchased images
8. Cancellation & Communication

Clear communication is required in the lead-up to the session

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable
-
The Photographer is not responsible for low uptake where adequate promotion has not taken place
9. Copyright & Usage

Families receive personal-use rights only

Commercial use requires prior written permission
10. Agreement
By confirming the session and making payment, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
