Wedding Photography Deposit

Cancellation Policy

1. Services We will provide professional wedding photography as outlined in your Contract. Any changes must be agreed in writing. 2. Deposit & Payment A £350 non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services. 3. Additional Costs Extra hours, products, prints, retouching, or other services incur additional fees, payable before delivery. All prices include VAT where applicable. 4. Exclusivity & Photographer We are your exclusive professional photographer. Guest photography must not interfere with our work. Unless otherwise agreed, Penny Nixon will photograph your wedding. If unavailable, we will provide a suitable replacement or cancel the Contract, with liability limited to fees paid. 5. Artistic Licence & On the Day You grant us artistic licence over composition, style, timing, and image selection. Cooperation from you and your guests is essential. You are responsible for punctuality and for any damage or injury caused to our equipment or photographer by guests. 6. Image Delivery & Copyright Only fully edited images are delivered; RAW files are not shared. Copyright remains with Little & Wild Photography. You have unlimited personal use. Images may not be sold or commercially used without written permission. We may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless you opt out. 7. Cancellation & Postponement You may cancel within 14 days of signing, after which the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations <12 weeks before the wedding may require full payment. Postponements may be accommodated at our discretion; monies paid may be carried over, subject to availability. 8. Liability & Force Majeure We cannot be held liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, injury, weather, or venue restrictions. Liability is limited to fees paid. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. 9. GDPR Personal data will be used only for your booking, delivery of services, and optional updates, in line with UK GDPR.
