Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable and required at the time of booking. If the Client cancels or changes the engagement the deposit will not be refunded. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the client. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their session. These mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or completed cancellation if no other time is available. We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time to park, explore the farm, let little ones settle in and burn off that initial excitement. It’s a great chance to get familiar with the surroundings — just please avoid the designated photoshoot area until your session begins. We have an EPIC wet weather plan, so the photoshoot will not be cancelled due to rain. Respect the venue and any staff. Park considerately and be mindful of residents and guests when accessing the site. Photographs shall be delivered through the agreed upon platform. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. The Photographer retains copyright of the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photos for which the Client pays. The Client shall not edit or alter images provided in any way and will credit images to Little & Wild Photography where appropriate. Images are not for commercial use unless specified in contract. The Client has read and understood the terms above. The Client hereby agrees to the terms of this agreement. Please wear appropriate footwear — the ground may be uneven, soft, or muddy depending on the weather. Dress for the season — warm layers, coats, and accessories that keep you cosy (and photograph beautifully) are always a good idea.
